Treasurer's Report:

• Audit report is all good Nov 2010 to Sept 2011

Reading of minutes: Accepted with changes

Committee Reports:

• Grievance Committee:
• 3 Arbitrations that they are not pursuing
• Stewards doing a few investigations
• People we support are being dropped off without staff being present
• People we support accusisng staff
• Missing money
• Staff reassignments
• Med errors
• Vehicle accident
• New steward sworn in - Heather Hauri


• Safety Committee:
• MSHS
• Very few incidents on campus
• Cleaned up mold in basement
• Flu shots
• Talk about what is the current license
• Hazardous waste pick up is really expensive

BA Report:

• A ton of grievances completed, not all responses are in
• Rush City Corrections Officers need help - A lot of Correction Officers are being attacked
• Pettition is going to be emailed out for signatures, BA will email it out
• Some grievances for MSHS
• 3 Arbitrations need to be decided if we are going to persue
• A motion to do 1 appeal
• A motion to let 1 go
• A motion to talk with person involved - The person does not want to appeal

• Cambridge home and somewhere in North Metro for 2^nd transition homes
• MOU scheduling pilot - Fawn Lake and Zodiac
• HR - Brad Heckes will be doing Anoka and MSHS

• Constitution Approved:
• There is an open E-Board position for MSHS
• AFSCME Retirement Unit attended meeting and asked our local to pay for the first year of dues for recent retired, Motion to Commit to send notice to Ross that will pay first year dues of $15.00

Good and Welfare:

• Send welfare gift to Devra Stiles
• Paula Hoium is in the hospital
• Michelle Lucas's sister - Janet St. Martin - passed away, send sympathy card
• Dave Reiser has been ill
