New Business:
- Request made for an extra E Board member on the local. For this to happen the constituition needs to be changed. To be addressed at the next E Board meeting
Good and Welfare:
- Darrin Lindquist, a former employee had passed away
- Pearl Coleman from international had passed away and per her family's request, a motion was made, seconded and accepted to give $25.00 to the ALS Association in her honor
- Motion was made, seconded, and approved to donate $50.00 to a foundation set up for Chris Dewey and his family to help with his care
