BA Report:
- Early retirement – Forward guidelines, guidelines were suppose to have are plan. We are still waiting for guidelines. DHS wants to be very specific, possible MSOCS & DHS excluded and future layoffs
- Information given out on who we are supporting and why. Political Dept is coming out with new flyers to pass out
- Next election very important. Distribution of flyers
- We need to get Dayton to primary
- Stewards need to get flyers out

Old Business: Candy bars still for sale
New Business:
- Request from Gladys to raise some funds for the 25th anniversary of the Hormel Strike in Austin MN for Aug 2010 – part of labor history – important message to remember, Motion made to donate $50.00, seconded and carried. Gathering in Austin
- Motion made to change meeting times to: EBoard @ 3:00, Stewards @ 3:30, and General membership @ 4:15, seconded and carried
- International Constitution is online for all to look at, proposed to all locals – new dues, concerns of increase 2.2%, does anyone need to make amendments? Motion made to bring back #’s at Caps: $25.00 and $30.00: $27.00 seconded and carried
- . Motion made for bags to be paid for International convention, seconded and carried
- Laurie Vicklund-Boylan voted in as Secretary due to vacancy in that position
- Motion made to give Krista Bayne a $25.00 gift card for the work she did prior to being voted in as secretary, seconded and carried
Good and Welfare:
- Arlene Mitchell continues to be in hospital but has made phone contact to staff and is doing well. Is on the caring bridge website. Table until next month for donation
- Maridy reported the state is cutting vendor waiver budgets by 2.58%. All aspects of human services will be affected. Effective July 1
- State Agreement 2009-2011 passed
