Old Business:

• Voting on Local 390 Constitution: Accepted as written - send to Gladys for Council's approval
• Voting on Progressive Dues: Accepted as written
• Budget Guidelines: Accepted as written
• Cindy and Maridy decided not to go to the Women's Conference - Too expensive

New Business:

• MOU - Motion for Council 5 to mail out ballots for a vote, discussed, seconded and passed

Good and Welfare:

• Dustin Staddle's mother in law passed away
• Dave Haase was in an accident
