- Election Committee:

- Grievance Committee:
- METO continues to have a lot of medication ‘coaching” occurring
- Some grievances at METO and MSOCS in process
- Safety Committee:
- Health Care Social Services Committee:
BA Report:
- Told of a recent meeting held to discuss who is in insurance eligible status and what will happen to those that fall below the line of eligibility
- looking at how to keep people in an insured status
- Local 390 was commended for all of the continuing hard work with lobbying, calling legislators etc.
Correspondence:
- Steward training June 9 and 10
- Council 5 presidents meeting April 29 1-5 pm
- Financial training completed
- council 5's office, limited access due to construction
- Requests for MOLT
- Proposed MOU, MnSCU and DHS
- Call for nominations to Executive board of council 5
- School for women workers July 28- august 1

Old Business:
- Boston convention is coming June 28 - July 2, Sending four Delegates – Paula, Char, Dana and Sara. Alternates are: 1) Cindy Y. 2) Laurie V. 3) Carolyn W.
- TAX DAY went well at the Cambridge Post office
- Still need to look at a constitutional change to add E Board member, decided if people need to attend meetings before being an officer, whether to have two VPs or two chief Stewards, one from METO and one from MSOCS
New Business:
- Committee is meeting to look at constitutional changes and will report at next meeting - Sharna, Cindy, David, Maridy, Laurie, Crystal
- Elected officers need to contact Carl Boylan to request business cards (email is on the website, www.afscmelocal390.org)
Good and Welfare:
- Received thank you from ALS for $25 given in memory of Pearl Coleman
- Motion made to send Mark Mcaffee a get well card seconded, and approved
- Motion made to Give Sue Edwardh a $100 gift card to willow Bridge and a card thanking her for her service, seconded and approved
- Motion made to give $50 gift card and sympathy card to daughter of Sandy Proefock, seconded and approved
- Jan Guseks Mother passed away
